02— Making it official
Once you’ve chosen your package, I’ll send over a proposal with a full breakdown of all the services I'll be providing for you, our contract and payment options. A 30% retainer and a signed contract makes it official!
03— Planning tools + resources
After booking, I’ll send you the Scarlet Roots wedding guide. My magical e-book filled with tips, tricks and resources to help you plan the wedding of your dreams!
04— Engagement shoot
Next, we'll schedule and plan your engagement session! From locations, to outfits - I’ve got you covered with recommendations and more helpful resources! Leading up to the session - I’ll send a questionnaire for you and your boo to fill out together so that I can get a better understanding of your personalities and love languages!
05— Wedding Prep
6-8 weeks before big day, I'll reach out to craft your custom timeline and family photo list! Organization and preparation are the key ingredients to a stress-free wedding day.
06— The Big Kahuna
Here it is, the moment you’ve been waiting for!! TIME TO GET MARRIED!! We’ll laugh, dance, cry, eat lots of cake and have the best dang day anyone has ever had!!
07—Post-production & delivery
While you head off on your honeymoon, I go into editing mode! You can expect your full gallery within 8-10 weeks of the wedding. Family and friends can download the images and purchase prints directly from the gallery — easy peasy!
08—Till death do us part
Going on a trip? Celebrating your anniversary? HAVING A BABY? I'm there! Give me a call and let's catch up and work together again. Lifelong friends are the best kind of friends.

How do we secure our date?
Send me an email, and we'll set up a quick consultation call! We'll chat about your wedding day vision and find the best package for your needs. A 30% retainer and signed contract seals the deal for your wedding day!
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE Receive?
For weddings, you can expect between 500-800 hand edited, hi-res photos in 6-8 weeks. For portrait sessions and engagements, you can expect 100-120 photos in 4-5 weeks.
An engagement session is the perfect opportunity for you to get familiar with my directing and shooting style, so that on your wedding day, you know exactly what to expect and can rock your portraits effortlessly. Plus, it's a great time for you to slow down, soak up this season of your life, and cover your walls in some fresh art!

Should we do an engagement session?
The majority of my weddings are shot solo, but I'd recommend a second photographer if you and your partner are getting ready in two totally different locations (if driving is involved) and you want photos of both of you getting ready.
Do we need a second shooter?
Yep! I am covered through TCP & Co. If your venue needs a copy for liability purposes, no problem! Just email me and I can get that over in a jiffy.
